Yes. Free covers 2 people (you plus a grown-up or a child), 3 boards, rewards on one board and up to 3 prizes, for the whole family. It is free for as long as you want it.

Cheers, jobs that repeat, nudges, I need a hand and a child's own home are in the free plan too.

By card, in Kitty Board on the web: open Settings, Your plan, then Upgrade to Family, choose monthly or yearly and pay. The person who set up your family, or their partner, can pay. Your plan then works everywhere you sign in, phones included.

Paying inside the iPhone and Android apps (through the App Store and Google Play) is coming soon.

Yes. On the web, open Settings, Your plan, then Manage subscription. You keep the Family plan until the end of the month or year you have paid for, then your family moves to Free. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it by itself, so cancel first.

The Family plan starts the moment you pay. Changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of subscribing (or of a yearly renewal) and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. You can also cancel any time to stop it renewing. More about refunds

Nothing is deleted. Your boards, cards and prizes stay exactly as they are, and so does every heart in your kitty. Family features pause: Help me switches off, hearts carry on on your family's first rewards board and pause on the others, and the first three prizes on your list can still be cashed in. If you have more than three boards, every one stays; you can make a new board, or bring one back from the archive, once you are under three. You can still see, tick and edit everything you made, and upgrading again switches it all back on.

Yes. On the Family plan you can add as many children as you like at no extra cost. Children have their own accounts without an email address, and belong to your family.

Not while it waits for your answer. It counts once you say yes and it becomes a real prize.

Yes. The Family plan covers up to 4 grown-ups and unlimited children, at no extra charge. That's you, your partner and, say, a grandparent or a nanny. Only you and your partner can pay for or change the plan.

No. Anyone you share a board with can view it and tick things off for free on any plan. They only need a free account.

Help me uses AI, which costs us money each time, so each Family account has a fair monthly allowance. It is plenty for normal use (building boards and asking about cards most days). If you reach it, Help me rests until the 1st of the next month; everything else keeps working.

Yes: £34.99 a year, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.

Yes. £3.99 a month and £34.99 a year are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. When paying in the phone apps arrives, App Store and Google Play prices are set in each country and may differ slightly.
