Yes. Free covers you plus one family member (a grown-up or a child), with as many boards as you like, rewards on one board and up to three prizes. It is free for as long as you want it.
However suits you: through the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android, or by card on the web. Your plan works everywhere you sign in, whichever way you paid.
Yes. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play or Settings on the web (wherever you subscribed). You keep the Family plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.
Nothing is deleted. Your boards, cards and prizes stay exactly as they are, and so does every heart in your kitty. Family features pause: Help me switches off, and new rewards boards and prizes beyond the free limits wait until you upgrade again. You can still see, tick and edit everything you made.
Yes. On the Family plan you can add as many children as you like at no extra cost. Children have their own accounts without an email address, and belong to your family.
Yes. The Family plan includes you and one partner (or another grown-up). Extra grown-ups are £1.99 a month each, or they can have their own Family plan.
No. Anyone you share a board with can view it and tick things off for free on any plan. They only need a free account.
Help me uses AI, which costs us money each time, so each Family account has a fair monthly allowance. It is plenty for normal use (building boards and asking about cards most days). If you reach it, Help me rests until the 1st of the next month; everything else keeps working.
Yes: £34.99 a year, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. App Store and Google Play prices are set in each country and may differ slightly.
