Using Kitty Board

Kitty Board is a planner for individuals and families. You need to be 18 or over to create a grown-up account. Grown-ups can add children to their family, and are responsible for how their children use Kitty Board.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and your children's PINs safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.

Your content

What you put in Kitty Board stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and the people you share it with, only to run the service. Please don't use Kitty Board for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to share things you don't have the right to share.

Hearts and prizes

Hearts are a fun way to keep track of jobs within your family. They have no cash value, can't be bought or sold, and prizes are agreed between you and your family. We don't supply prizes.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free. The Family plan is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store, Google Play or our web checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel where you subscribed; you keep Family until the end of the paid period.
• If you go back to Free, nothing you made is deleted. Family-only features pause.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's policies. For web purchases, you have the statutory 14-day cancellation right where it applies.
• We'll give you notice before any price change and you can cancel before it applies.

Help me

Help me uses AI to suggest boards, tasks and dates. Suggestions can be wrong, so check them before relying on them. Nothing changes on your boards until you choose to add it. Each Family account has a fair monthly allowance.

Availability

We work hard to keep Kitty Board running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything critical (you can export your data in Settings).

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law. [Liability wording to be added after legal review.]

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
