Kitty Board

Features

Everything Kitty Board does

Kitty Board is a family planner app. Families share boards of lists and cards for chores, plans and projects, and jobs can carry hearts. Finished jobs fill each person's Kitty Jar, and the family spends its kitty on real-life rewards it chooses together, like a film night or a lie-in.

Every feature below, what it costs, and where to read more. New in 1.4 marks what arrived in October 2026.

Kitty Board in a few questions

What is Kitty Board?

Kitty Board is a family planner app. Families share boards of lists and cards for chores, plans and projects, and jobs can carry hearts. Finished jobs fill each person's Kitty Jar, and the family spends its kitty on real-life rewards it chooses together, like a film night or a lie-in.

Who is it for?

Families with children (from about 6 years old), couples sharing a home, and anyone planning something at home, such as a wedding, a house move or a school fair. It is not a tool for company teams.

How much does it cost?

It is free for 2 people. The Family plan is £3.99 a month or £34.99 a year, including UK VAT, for up to 4 grown-ups and unlimited children. Pay by card on the web, cancel any time, and get a full refund if you ask within 14 days.

What is free?

The free plan covers 2 people, 3 boards, rewards on one board and 3 prizes, with the family calendar, your Inbox, jobs that repeat, cheers, nudges, a child's own account, Trello import and board export. It stays free for as long as you like.

What does the Family plan add?

Unlimited boards, hearts on every board, unlimited prizes, Help me (AI that turns a brain dump into a board and sorts your Inbox), card details with £ totals under each list, board automations, and every app theme.

How is it different from Trello or a chore chart app?

Like Trello, it has boards, lists and cards, and you can import Trello boards. Unlike Trello, jobs earn hearts towards real prizes, children get their own accounts with a PIN and no email, and a grown-up says OK before a child's hearts count. Unlike a chore chart, it plans the whole family's week, from school projects to the house move, not just chores.

Where does it work?

In any web browser at app.kittyboard.app, on phones, tablets and computers. It installs to your home screen like an app, works offline and sends reminders. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon.

Who makes it?

Kitty Board is made in the UK by Vindico Labs Ltd. Your family's data is stored in the UK (London). There are no ads, and your data is never sold.
