Asking for help

Ask a grown-up or your partner to help with a job, and share the hearts.

Sometimes a job needs two. Anyone who can edit a shared board, children included, can ask another person on it for help.

Ask

  1. Open the card and tap Ask for help (on a task, use the little raised paw).
  2. Choose who to ask and add a note: "The shelf is too high".

Answer

The person you asked sees it on their home screen with On my way. Tap it and the asker gets a cheerful note. Or dismiss it if now isn't a good time.

Sharing the hearts

Say On my way and help finish the job, and you earn the same hearts as the person who asked. Helping out pays.

Help asks never carry double hearts, and they don’t count towards the one-nudge-a-day rule.
